If you hold a current General Insurance Level 1 license, and have an EXCEPTIONAL ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILL, both verbal & written, the Ted Byrt Team wants you to join our award-winning super organized machine for the role of sales & customer service. Ideally you like people, are energetic and interested in helping our local business grow through engaged customer conversations.
Responsibilities:
1. Engage daily with customers and help them say “wow!”.
2. Provide prompt, accurate and friendly service to our great customers.
3. Assist with customer inquiries regarding billing changes and strategies to help save money.
Requirements:
1. Active General Level I insurance license in Alberta - A MUST!
2. Experience in the real world helping customers find what they want and need.
3. A coachable attitude... each day you arrive at work with an open mind and a keen attitude towards learning, growing, and becoming a better version of yourself.
4. You can read, write, and listen with acuity.
5. Learn, learn, learn...customers love it when we "know our stuff" - so you’ll have to remember lots of stuff.
6. Mistakes suck! You must be detail-oriented to thrive in this industry.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
